After 18 years working in the directing department, Felix Karolus made his debut in 2017 with his short film “Los Paul! / Go Paul! For his black comedy he received numerous awards at home and abroad. He directed his second work “Menuett” with Senta Berger and Thomas Thieme in the leading roles. The romantic short film has already been screened at over 50 festivals worldwide (including Palm Springs, Flicker’s Rhode Island, Foyle, China Int’l and Berlin & Beyond) and has won several awards.

Felix Karolus also directed the first feature film “An seiner Seite”, for which he also wrote the screenplay together with Florian Iwersen, starring Senta Berger and Thomas Thieme as well as Peter Simonischek, Antje Traue and Marlene Morreis, among others.
