Ivan Vlatković was born in 1999 in Salzburg and holds both Austrian and Croatian nationality, with German, English, and Croatian as native languages alongside Italian, Spanish, French, and Russian. They trained at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London, graduating with a Bachelor in Scenic Writing in 2022, working as actor, dramaturg, and scenic author during their studies. Ivan has been a member of the Münchner Kammerspiele ensemble since the 2022/23 season, where they have appeared in a range of productions and collaborated in the WERKstatt programme on contemporary playwriting.

Their screen work includes a recurring role in the Apple TV+/ZDF Neo series Krank Berlin (Alex Schaad/Fabian Möhrke, Violet Pictures), for which the ensemble received the Ensemblepreis Deutscher Schauspielpreis in 2025, and the ZDF series Hohenfelden (Christian Zübert). Ivan Vlatković is also a trained dancer, singer, and musical performer, and is based between Salzburg and Munich. Ivan will graduate from the Otto Falckenberg School of Performing Arts in Munich in 2026.
